Won't give you a fair trade for your car!!!!they offered me only 4000 carmax was 7,000 wanted to buy a Honda Ridgeline 2017 was trading my Honda Ridgeline in 2012 was going to put down 20,000 if I could have gotten a fair trade, plus there were two different prices on the car. The internet price was 26,400 but the dealership price was 29,900 that was a bad sign and felling I had coming in the door. Stay in there way too long , a couple of other customers were complaining as well . It took an hour and a half for an Appraisal carmax only 30 mins. I am ashamed to say I've been taking my car here for service for 7 years won't be back !!! If it wasn't for the service department I would only give it two stars , my advice go to carmax at least you won't be lowballed who got time for that . When you trying to buy a car ”
